Delete your account

Two ways to do it. Both are free, and both permanently remove your data from our servers.

You can delete your OwnMyDay account and all of the data we hold about you at any time. No forms to fill in, no “are you sure?” traps. Pick whichever method is easier for you.

Method 1 · Fastest

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way — takes about 30 seconds.

  1. Open OwnMyDayMake sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to SettingsTap the menu icon, then Settings → Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account”Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are queued for deletion immediately.
Method 2 · Email us

Ask us to delete it

Prefer to have a human handle it, or having trouble logging in? Email us.

  1. Email ZaneSend a message to Zane.saboune@gmail.com.
  2. Subject lineUse “Delete my OwnMyDay account” so it's easy to find.
  3. Include your account emailSo we can confirm it's really you and delete the right account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our production systems within 30 days:

What won't be deleted

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, open the App Store or Google Play, find OwnMyDay, and cancel the subscription — then delete the account.

Can I get my data back?

No. Deletion is permanent. If you're not sure, sign out of the app instead — signing out doesn't delete anything.
